We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Support Specialist to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support and advocacy for individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop daily routines tailored to each client's needs, as outlined in their Individual Program Plan.
  • Promote the health, safety, and well-being of residents by maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment.
  • Serve as an advocate for clients, facilitating their participation in leisure activities, social events, and family visits.
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, meal preparation, and transportation.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a residential facility with IDD clients.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
