Developmental Services Assistant

This role is part of the State of California's efforts to support individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. As a Behavioral Training Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing training and support to consumers in our STAR homes.
Job OverviewIn this position, you will work closely with consumers, community home staff, and family members to develop and implement individualized training plans. You will also participate in recreational activities and provide emotional support to consumers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral training and be able to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Key Qualifications- Experience in behavioral training and support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Certified Nurse Assistant Certificate
