About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Office Administrator to join our team at Edward Jones. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting our financial advisors in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals
  • Assist financial advisors in developing and implementing client plans to achieve their financial objectives
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the branch team to achieve business objectives and drive growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed advice and guidance to clients
