Job Title: Director, Digital Solutions Engineering

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director, Digital Solutions Engineering to lead our digital engineering team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our digital solutions strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of experienced engineers and developers to design, develop, and deploy digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our digital solutions are innovative and effective.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in leading digital engineering teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital solutions.
  • Strong technical skills, including software development and engineering.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
