About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Editor to join our team at AEG. As a key member of our digital media department, you will be responsible for creating engaging video content for our social media channels, advertorials, sales/marketing presentations, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply high-level creative and journalistic production skills in editing digital video content for AEG's brands and channels.
  • Assist in meeting aggressive video production goals as set by our Vice President of Digital Media.
  • Contribute new video content ideas for multiple digital platforms, including web and social.
  • Repackage video content creatively and professionally so it's compatible with mobile and social environments.
  • Work closely with other members of the Digital Media team to understand the desired look and feel of AEG's video products.
  • Work includes weekend responsibilities during peak periods.
Requirements
  • Minimum qualifications include a BS/BA degree in a related field and 3-5 years' experience in video editing and production.
  • High-level proficiency and experience with Adobe Premiere/Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • High level of attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of tournament bass fishing is a plus.
  • Excellent videography skills, including camera operation, audio, and lighting.
  • Experience with graphic software applications such as Photoshop, Lightroom, or Illustrator.
  • Certification or additional degree.
