Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct evidence-based assessments and interventions to promote functional restoration and improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide consultation to physicians and other members of the medical care team to improve behavioral health care in primary care.
