Job Title: Registered Mental Health Clinician in Oregon

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Positive Inner Self. As a key member of our team, you will provide individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and families in a therapeutic setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and challenges.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of children and families.
  • Facilitate one-on-one and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and social services to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
  • Monitor and document clients' progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
  • Provide crisis intervention when required and offer guidance on coping strategies.
  • Educate families about mental health issues and empower them with resources and tools for support.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans.
  • Provide referrals to other professionals as needed.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year post-graduate experience.
  • Clinical experience to include assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and service delivery.
  • Training in evidence-based practices.
  • Committed to the development of the group as we serve our greater community.
  • Bilingual a plus.
  • Expertise or passion for working with diverse populations within our community.
Skills Required:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Empathy and the ability to build rapport with clients of all ages.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing treatment plans.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
