We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Fives North American Combustion, Inc. - Headquarters.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and processing orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax
  • Process domestic and export orders into the Oracle-based computer system
  • Research spare parts for customers
  • Call Center team member
  • Assist Domestic Sales offices, European entities, and Distributors with quotes, orders, and inquiries
  • Interact with and provide support to sales force
  • Comply with all company work rules, policies to ensure optimum safety
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service related position
  • Experience in manufacturing customer service preferred
  • Proficient Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Prior order entry and quote experience
  • Prior export order and quote experience
  • Basic export compliance knowledge
  • Prior Oracle experience is a plus
  • High School Diploma or GED
