Key Responsibilities:- Supervision: Ensure the safety and well-being of children in our designated play area or childcare space.
- Activity Planning: Organize and lead children in age-appropriate games, crafts, and activities that promote fun and development.
- Safety and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and hygienic environment, addressing any potential hazards promptly.
- Behavior Management: Use positive reinforcement techniques to manage behavior and encourage social skills and cooperation among children.
- Communication: Inform parents or guardians about their child's behavior, activities, and any issues that arise during their visit.
- Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to emergencies, administer first aid if necessary, and follow gym protocols for health and safety.
- Childcare Experience: Previous experience working with children or in a childcare setting is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and gym staff.
- Creativity and Enthusiasm: Skills in creating engaging activities and a positive attitude to keep children entertained.
- Patience and Responsibility: Patience and the ability to manage multiple children and situations calmly and effectively.
- Certification: CPR and first aid are required. Additional qualifications in early childhood education are a plus.
Compensation: $7.25 - $10 hourly
