Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team at AMS Retail Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing power tool accounts and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail store associates and end-users.
  • Deliver product knowledge training and demonstrations to enhance customer engagement.
  • Foster sales growth through effective account management and strategic planning.
  • Manage assigned territory with mileage expenses reimbursable.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to travel and work varied hours/days as business dictates.
  • HS diploma or equivalent required; college degree highly preferred.

Compensation:

  • Estimated salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, based on location and performance.
  • Variety of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision plans, paid holidays and PTO, company equipment, and comprehensive compensation for travel and cell phone.
