We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Ozanam Hall Nursing Home of Queens, a faith-based, nonprofit, short-term rehabilitation and skilled geriatric care facility.
Job Summary:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL), including grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, and incontinence care.
- Answer call lights and bells to determine resident needs.
- Assist residents with feeding and provide range of motion exercises.
- Monitor and record temperature, food and fluid intake, and output.
- Communicate changes in residents' clinical condition to the nursing team.
Requirements:
- NY CNA certification.
- SNF and LTC experience preferred.
