Ozanam Hall Nursing Home of Queens is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents in a short-term rehabilitation and skilled geriatric care setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in assessment and care planning for residents.
- Coordinate and supervise all services on assigned units.
- Round regularly on nursing units to ensure quality care.
- Facilitate communication between licensed nurses and providers.
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation through spot-checking and on-going supervision.
- Consult with Unit Managers to provide continuity of care to residents.
- Ensure adequate staffing for the nursing department.
- Provide direct resident care and work as a staff nurse.
- Prepare and administer performance reviews for shift staff in consultation with unit managers.
