We are actively hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY.


**Job Summary:**

As a Registered Nurse at our Skilled Nursing Facility, you will provide high-quality patient care to our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting resident care services
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Monitor resident conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care

**Requirements:**

* Current New York State RN License
* Long-Term Care Experience Preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office
