  • Assess business ventures to identify possible compliance risks and troubleshoot compliance issues
  • Provide legal process, discovery, and risk management support activities
  • Review the work of colleagues to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training
  • Keep abreast of regulatory developments and evolving best practices in compliance control
  • Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies
  • Collaborate on training for Operations and Sales staff
  • Track, maintain, and utilize operational key performance indicators to drive opportunities for process and team performance improvements
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Compliance Officer
  • Time Management and multi-tasking skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing tasks on multiple, concurrent projects
