RN - Registered Nurse - Part Time - Assisted Living

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting. This role involves utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions.
- Conduct patient assessments, identify care needs, and develop plans to address those needs.
- Delegate tasks and supervise nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- One year of experience in long-term care or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
