Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Forklift Operator to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement and storage of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload goods from trucks, containers, and other storage units.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and identify any discrepancies.
  • Material Handling: Operate a forklift, clamp truck, or other power equipment to move goods around the warehouse.
  • Product Staging: Stage products and materials in a way that optimizes storage space and facilitates easy access.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure it remains in good working condition.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Forklift Operator Certification: Must have a valid forklift operator certification.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and management.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
