Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop high-quality instructional materials that support business outcomes.
  • Conduct needs assessments to ensure that instructional content meets the needs of our learners.

  • Develop course content, including facilitator guides and assessments that incorporate multimedia elements and interactive components for learner engagement.
  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of instructional resources, such as content creation platforms.

  • Assist in managing curriculum in a Learning Management System.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Strong project management skills and relationship management skills to manage instructional design projects.
  • Emotional Intelligence and learner-centric empathy.
  • Growth mindset towards continual improvement.
  • Proficiency in Articulate 360 - Rise and Storyline.
  • Ability to work with multimedia design and development platforms, such as video and eLearning creation, editing systems, and graphic design.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to understand and manage courses in a Learning Management System.
  • Experience utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud (preferred).
