About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Ascend Federal Credit Union. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and non-members, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for members and non-members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Direct members and non-members to the appropriate service representative or assist with the Teller Services experience.
  • Assist with inquiries and provide general information regarding the credit union.
  • Answer telephone calls and take messages or route calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Process transactions, including account information, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and checks.
  • Assist with ITM issues and complete disputes as needed.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, specifically Outlook.
  • Ability to operate or have ability to be trained to operate related office equipment.
