Compensation:
We offer an attractive compensation package that includes a salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

About the Role:
Job Summary:
In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans, manage complex patient cases, and provide education and support to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage oncology patients undergoing chemotherapy and various treatments in an ambulatory care setting.
  • Collaborate with physicians and APPs to provide comprehensive care, including assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and coordinating care.
  • Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with a multi-disciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Communicate complex issues effectively and tactfully discuss patient care with team members, ensuring seamless coordination and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Current unencumbered Oregon RN Licensure required.
  • One year nursing experience in a specialty clinic or acute care setting required.
  • Oncology nursing experience preferred.
  • Healthcare Provider BLS required.
  • OCN or equivalent certification required within three years of hire.

Physical Demands:
  • Rarely (1 - 10% of the time): Walk, incline, lift, pull, climb stairs, squat, kneel, reach, sit, walk on a level surface.
  • Occasionally (11 - 33% of the time): Lift, carry, push, grasp, bend forward.
  • Frequently (34 - 66% of the time): Stand, rotate trunk, finger dexterity, pinch fingers, manual dexterity, push.
  • Continually (67 - 100% of the time): Stand, rotate trunk, finger dexterity, pinch fingers, manual dexterity, push.
