About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Pathologist to join our team at Seattle Children's. As a key member of our clinical pathology department, you will play a critical role in providing anatomic pathology services and serving as a resource for attending physicians, nursing staff, and other medical professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality anatomic pathology services, including histopathology and cytology
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis and treatment of patients
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
  • Participate in educational programs and activities to promote excellence in pathology and patient care
Requirements
  • MD degree from an accredited institution
  • Board eligibility or certification in Pediatric Pathology
  • Medical Staff membership and clinical privileges at Seattle Children's
  • Faculty appointment at the University of Washington
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least three years of clinical experience in Pediatric Pathology
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $236,000 to $354,557, based on full-time employment. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision plans, 403(b), life insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
