The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will provide quality clinical care activities for pediatric patients (birth to 21) within the scope of practice as defined by the state of Florida and the American Speech Language and Hearing Association. As part of a multidisciplinary team, the SLP will work at the hospital and/or outpatient care centers, demonstrating competency in evaluation and treatment, utilizing value-based care and evidence-based practices. Clinical review by the Rehab Regional Manager is also a part of this role.

Requirements

  • Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited school of Speech Language Pathology
  • Certification as a SLP by the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association (ASHA) within 12 months of employment
  • Licensed to practice Speech Therapy in the state of Florida
  • Excellent command of the English Language
