Speech Language Pathologist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team at Madison Pointe Care Center. As a key member of our rehabilitation department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Job Summary
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine the need for speech therapy services
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address swallowing, communication, and cognitive disorders
  • Provide evidence-based therapy services to residents, including bedside swallow evaluations and speech therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and resident outcomes
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Florida Speech Therapy Pathology License
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with swallowing disorders and bedside swallow evaluations
