Position Overview
As a Junior Solutions Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our organizational processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough assessments of existing workflows to pinpoint opportunities for automation and enhancement.
- Collaborating with diverse IT teams to conceptualize and implement technological solutions aimed at streamlining operations and elevating service delivery.
- Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in technology that can be utilized to optimize our infrastructure.
- Working closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met, including providing regular updates on project progress and performance metrics.
- Adhering to relevant regulations and policies that govern the solution delivery process, ensuring that our solutions are both effective and sustainable.
- Managing the complete lifecycle of solution initiatives, from initial concept through to execution, while overseeing resources, timelines, and risk management to guarantee successful outcomes.
Essential Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in analyzing business processes and designing IT solutions.
- Familiarity with Windows Server versions 2012, 2012R2, 2016, and 2022.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong self-motivation and commitment to completing tasks efficiently.
- Proven ability to cultivate and maintain collaborative working relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying and evaluating potential solutions.

Additional Information:
- Reporting to the Associate Director of Infrastructure.
- Hybrid work schedule with occasional on-site requirements.
Compensation Range: $88,800 - $142,200
