  • Assist customers with completion of visa applications and processing of documents
  • Process applications and data entry in our customized software
  • Dispatch applications and scan/upload documentation
  • Troubleshoot IT issues and track passports
  • Handle customer queries in person, by email, and on the telephone
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent command of English (additional languages a plus)
  • Sales experience required
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy under tight timelines
