Our team includes board-certified specialists in various fields such as Emergency and Critical Care, Surgery, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Oncology, Dermatology, Cardiology, and Ophthalmology. We are committed to providing the highest standard of care and fostering a supportive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

As a Veterinary Technician, you will work closely with specialists and utilize advanced diagnostic tools to deliver exceptional care. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with anesthesia and sedation procedures, including induction and maintenance.
  • Setting up continuous rate infusions (CRIs) and performing medical calculations.
  • Placing intravenous catheters and managing fluid therapy.
  • Positioning patients for radiographic imaging while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Providing compassionate nursing care to hospitalized animals.
  • Preparing and administering blood and plasma transfusions.
  • Maintaining accurate medical records and treatment sheets.
  • Collecting and preparing blood samples for laboratory analysis.
  • Utilizing mechanical ventilators during anesthesia.
  • Educating clients on at-home care for their pets.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A certification as a CVT/LVT/RVT or a minimum of two years of veterinary technician experience; VTS credentials are highly valued.
  • A solid understanding of anesthetic monitoring and laboratory specimen processing.
  • Knowledge of animal anatomy and physiology.
  • Ability to recognize normal versus abnormal physiological parameters.
  • A commitment to mentoring and training veterinary assistants.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and a dedication to building long-term relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a desire to provide outstanding client service.
  • Integrity, honesty, and a willingness to learn in a fun environment.
Work Schedule

Shifts are available on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and/or Saturday evenings.
