Key Responsibilities
  • Provide courteous and efficient service to customers, answering their queries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Utilize our reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
  • Load, unload, and sort freight, mail, and baggage in a safe manner, ensuring on-time departures and arrivals.
  • Operate company vehicles to transport bags to their destination.
Requirements
  • Must be able to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license (some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role).
  • 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
