Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Aspire Technologies Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in software technical support and be knowledgeable about QuoteWerks.

The selected individual will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting issues, and staying up-to-date on the capabilities of QuoteWerks.

This is a full-time position based in Orlando, FL, with a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, including medical and dental benefits, bonus structure, and a great working environment.

About the Role
  • Provide technical support via phone and email to customers and leads.
  • Stay knowledgeable on QuoteWerks capabilities and integrate it with various CRM, PSA, and accounting systems.
  • Perform quality assurance testing and compatibility testing.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A strong background in software technical support.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, accounting software, and SQL.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A continuous improvement mentality and a desire to learn.
