Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn Lake Buena Vista. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Operations: Prepare and review daily financial reports, including revenue and expense statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel standards.
  • Revenue Management: Analyze and reconcile revenue data from various sources, including point-of-sale systems and front office software, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to guests and colleagues, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • System Maintenance: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with our financial systems, ensuring seamless operations and minimal downtime.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for process enhancements.
Requirements
  • Hotel Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting, preferably in a financial or revenue management role.
  • Mathematical Skills: Strong mathematical skills and ability to accurately calculate and reconcile financial data.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and guests.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and systems, including point-of-sale systems and front office software.
