Job Title: Financial Controller

Revology Cars LLC is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at our Orlando, Florida facility. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to inform business decisions.

About the Job

The Financial Controller will lead our finance and accounting functions, providing financial reporting and planning, vehicle program financial analysis, investment analysis, cash flow management, and tracking and measurement of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate monthly and quarterly financial statements.
  • Manage accounts payable/accounts receivable.
  • Manage cash flow to ensure effective use of cash.
  • Ensure that expenses, capital, and headcount are properly planned, approved, monitored, and reported.
  • Review and approve CAPEX requests, coordinate CAPEX financing if applicable, and ensure proper purchasing procedures are followed.
  • Ensure accounting procedures are followed consistently.
  • Manage warranty budget and payment process.
  • Lead internal audit/compliance processes, provide analysis, and respond to other requests from auditors.
  • Oversee business analytics and KPI reporting activities.
  • Lead annual business planning process, including development of expense, capital, and headcount budgets.
  • Assist management and the Board of Directors with financial planning associated with special projects.
  • Oversee the migration of finance and accounting activities from Quickbooks to Syteline ERP.
  • Oversee annual tax preparation and filing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance.
  • Minimum of ten years of finance and/or accounting experience, including at least five years' experience in a key finance and/or accounting role with a manufacturing company.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform financial analysis and to control costs.
  • CPA preferred but not required.
  • Ability to streamline tasks and improve processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
