Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through proactive outside sales activities, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute a Winning Sales Strategy: Align with our company's growth objectives and develop a sales strategy that drives results.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Engage in proactive prospecting activities, including networking, researching, and initiating contact with potential clients.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage a robust sales pipeline, from profiling accounts and crafting proposals to delivering compelling sales presentations and following up effectively.
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Utilize a consultative sales approach to address client needs, negotiate deals, and close sales with confidence.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure client satisfaction and a perfect match with our talent pool.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate and current client information.
  • Professional Development: Continuously invest in your professional growth by staying ahead of industry trends, sales techniques, and competitive dynamics.
  • Performance Metrics: Exceed performance metrics, including prospecting activity, sales quotas, and gross profit targets.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Business Development Experience
  • 2-5 Years of B2B Sales Experience
  • Experience in the Staffing Industry, with a Focus on Business Development or Sales
  • Proficient in Consultative, Solutions-Based Selling
  • Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Proven Ability to Build and Manage Relationships
  • Strong Presentation and Persuasion Skills
  • Competence with Microsoft Office and CRM Systems
