We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team of experts in delivering cutting-edge cloud solutions. As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting Oracle OCI environments, ensuring their performance, availability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize Oracle OCI environments, ensuring performance, availability, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage cloud-based solutions.
  • Manage and administer the OCI environment, including compute, storage, network, and security services.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and infrastructure-as-code templates to provision and manage Oracle OCI resources.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to OCI services, Linux operating systems, and associated infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of IT experience, including at least 3 years as a Cloud Engineer in a large environment.
  • Proficiency in Linux administration / operating systems, with a good understanding of Linux internals, command-line tools, shell scripting, and system performance tuning.
  • Experience with automation and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, and firewalls.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of security best practices, including access management, encryption, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS).
