As a Registered Nurse in our Oncology team, you will work with talented peers on a common purpose: improving the quality, cost, and experience of healthcare. We focus on delivering the best patient care, rather than volume. Through innovation and superior care management, we support patients and your well-being as a team member.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide care in individual and group settings, working closely with primary care providers to provide education and monitoring services for patients.
- Manage a caseload of patients independently, assessing their learning needs and documenting in the patient electronic medical record.
- Keep abreast of new developments in oncology care, providing staff education and collaborating with the practice manager on time utilization and program development.
- Provide professional and courteous care to patients, participating in monthly patient support groups and providing self-management education in group and individual visits.
- Comply with health and safety requirements, regulatory agencies, and established departmental policies and objectives.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Currently licensed as an RN in the State of Massachusetts
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
