Catering Liaison

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Catering Liaison to join our team at Whole Foods Market. As a Catering Liaison, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all catering orders for assigned stores, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service.

• Take catering orders over the phone and in person, ensuring accurate and timely communication with customers and internal teams.
• Schedule and arrange delivery for catering orders, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Communicate with all teams to review orders and ensure accuracy, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Ring in all catering orders and maintain accurate sales records, providing valuable insights for future sales and marketing efforts.
• Order catering-related inventory, ensuring timely and efficient restocking of essential items.
• Plan and execute catering demonstrations on the sale floor, showcasing our products and services to customers.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, internal teams, and vendors.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
