Catering Liaison

At Whole Foods Market, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Catering Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our Prepared Foods department, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all catering orders for assigned stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Takes catering orders over the phone and in person, ensuring accurate and timely communication with customers.
• Schedules and arranges delivery for catering orders, working closely with our logistics team to ensure seamless execution.
• Communicates with all teams to review orders and ensure accuracy, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Rings in all catering orders and maintains accurate sales records, providing valuable insights for future sales and marketing efforts.
• Orders catering-related inventory, ensuring that our stores are always stocked with the freshest and highest-quality products.
• Plans and executes catering demonstrations on the sale floor, showcasing our products and services to customers.

Requirements:

• 14+ months retail experience, preferably in a food service or catering role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and sanitary working environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a standing position for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
