Job Overview
Healthcare Services Group is seeking a detail-oriented Floor Maintenance Specialist to join their team. As a key member of our cleaning staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities.

About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires a high level of physical activity and attention to detail. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, so strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
* Perform floor maintenance tasks including dusting, wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction, and bonneting* Complete assigned cleaning areas according to schedule* Collect and dispose of trash while recycling soiled linen from units* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations* Work effectively as part of a team to achieve cleaning objectives* Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff

Requirements
* 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or industry* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred* Strong communication and problem-solving skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Reliable transportation and flexibility with scheduling* Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment* Valid driver's license (if applicable)
