About the Role

GEODIS is seeking a highly skilled IT Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our IT systems, network, and hardware.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide point of contact for the operation team to reach out in case of any assistance or support needed on IT systems, network, or hardware side of things
  • On-floor support for any disruption and day-to-day support tickets
  • Partner with client and operations team on new system/process/report requirement, configuring and testing the changes and post-production validations
  • Recommend process and system improvement as seen fit
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from a 4-year college or university
  • Minimum 1 year of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
