Responsibilities- Provide direct and indirect general nursing duties and patient care to ensure safe and efficient rehabilitation in the facility setting.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, nurse managers, and co-workers about changes in patient condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomology.
- Use critical thinking to prioritize patient care and make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure patient dignity and comfort through effective communication and compassionate care.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Idaho or other compact state.
- One (1) year of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) nursing experience in transitional care unit/skilled nursing facility or clinical experience preferred.
- Obtain and maintain current BLS CPR certification.
- Licensed driver with an automobile that is in good working order to ensure reliability.
- Competitive hourly rate: $23.00 per hour.
- Flexible schedule: 12-36 hours per week.
