Mountain View Hospital is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect patient care services, meeting the psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care.
- Assist with procedures and services requiring technical and manual skills under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Participate in performance improvement and quality improvement activities to enhance patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Idaho.
- Current BLS certification and renewal as required.
- Complete ACLS and PEARS certifications within 6 months of hire.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to operate vital sign monitoring devices and IV delivery pumps.
