Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities- Provide direct and indirect patient care in a clinic setting, responding quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Perform patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Manage and operate equipment safely and correctly, maintaining regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring seamless care transitions.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advances in nursing care.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in electronic medical records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
