Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, structures, and systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and take corrective action to prevent equipment failure or safety hazards.
- Document and maintain records of maintenance and repairs performed, including inspection results and work completed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance and repair activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two years of experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, or mechanical repair, or completion of a formal training program in building repair.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials weighing up to 100 pounds, and assist with lifting heavier items as needed.
- Color acuity sufficient to distinguish color-coded signage and systems.
