About the Position:

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Rental and Service departments, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with colleagues and external parties.

The Administrative Support Specialist will also be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate records, tracking and ordering office supplies, and performing other administrative duties as required.

This is a full-time position that requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel). The ideal candidate will have at least two years of previous experience in office management or administration, and will be able to work effectively in a proactive and safe manner.

Salary: $58,000 - $68,000 per year.
