Overview:

  3. Oversee complex strategic projects, collaborating with various teams to achieve organizational goals aimed at transforming operations and improving customer experiences.
  4. Facilitate a collaborative atmosphere for high-performing teams, focusing on continuous improvement and removing obstacles to success.
  5. Apply change management principles to assist teams in adapting to dynamic environments and fostering growth.
  6. Exhibit a proactive approach to project execution, ensuring efficient delivery and smooth transitions to operational teams and stakeholders.
  7. Engage stakeholders effectively to set project direction and address any issues with professionalism and tact.
  8. Demonstrate proficiency in creating and delivering high-level communications and presentations.
  9. Develop and maintain a comprehensive project management framework and associated documentation.
  10. Assist in defining project scope and objectives, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are involved and technical feasibility is assessed.
  11. Create detailed project plans for stakeholder distribution.
  12. Coordinate internal resources and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of multiple projects.
  13. Utilize appropriate project management tools to measure performance and ensure project success.
  14. Implement risk management strategies to minimize potential challenges.
  15. Maintain thorough project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; or a college diploma specializing in project management.

Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM Master) or equivalent credentials.

A minimum of 2 years of comprehensive project management experience, including the development and oversight of project deliverables such as stakeholder analysis, project charters, schedules, budgets, risk management plans, quality plans, and status reports.

Experience in managing information technology and banking-related projects.

Familiarity with Organizational Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci).

Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and MS Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Experience with diagramming software (e.g., MS Visio) and understanding of Agile methodologies, including tools like Azure DevOps.

Background in delivering IT Service Management and lean processes within the banking sector.
