The Role: Head of Product Marketing
As the Head of Product Marketing, you will play a critical role in shaping Frontera Health's market presence and driving product adoption. This is a high-impact role requiring a strategic visionary who thrives in ambiguity and can build a product marketing function from the ground up.
You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive product marketing roadmap, conducting market research and competitive analysis, crafting compelling product positioning, building and executing go-to-market plans, collaborating cross-functionally, measuring and optimizing, and building and leading a high-performing team.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record in building and scaling product marketing functions from the ground up.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, with a preference for experience in pediatrics, early intervention, or behavioral health.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform decision-making.
- Consumer and marketplace experience is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities to effectively convey complex information to various audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
