We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at Breakthru Beverage Group. This is a regular full-time position located in Commerce, CA.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including P&L statements and balance sheets.
- Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
- Manage and analyze financial data to inform business strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams and suppliers.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- CPA and/or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant business experience with progressive levels of responsibility in financial management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Competitive salary range: $105,800 - $141,066.
- Bonus eligibility.
- Health care benefits, life insurance, time off benefits, and participation in the Company's 401(k) plan.
