Finance Manager, Labor and Productivity Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager, Labor and Productivity to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and providing reporting to evaluate and optimize operational performance specific to labor productivity and labor performance to budget.
Key Responsibilities:
The Finance Manager, Labor and Productivity will provide financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting with a focus on labor management. This will include developing financial plans, budgets, and support for month-end review of financial statements and other assistance as required.
Key Responsibilities:
The Finance Manager, Labor and Productivity will perform labor analysis and modeling to evaluate the effectiveness of new programs and propose recommendations for achieving financial goals and budgetary targets. Additionally, the candidate will prepare and review benchmarking assessments in line with divisional best practice.
Key Responsibilities:
The Finance Manager, Labor and Productivity will partner with operations leaders to develop, support, monitor, and communicate labor strategy and performance. As part of the divisional decision support team, the candidate will attend trainings and support ad hoc projects as needed.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field of study. Alternatively, a combination of equivalent education and experience will be considered. The candidate will also have 5+ years of finance experience, with preferred qualifications including Certified Public Accountant, HMFA, or FACHE certifications, and labor and productivity experience in the healthcare industry.
