Finance Manager Role Overview

Providence Health & Services is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and planning to support the organization's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support local ministry/entity leadership teams and serve on local leadership committees as assigned
  • Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to achieve financial goals and targets
  • Provide financial analysis and modeling to evaluate the effectiveness of new programs and propose recommendations
  • Serve as a resource to clinical service line leaders and provide financial guidance and support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field of study
  • 5+ years of finance experience
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred
