Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement programs aimed at improving employee retention and satisfaction based on feedback and best practices.
- Enhance internal communication strategies to promote transparency across the organization.
- Lead initiatives that support the professional development and growth of NCO staff.
- Analyze workforce data to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
- Refine hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Coordinate and deliver training programs that promote a culture of human capital development.
- Manage employee wellness initiatives and recognition events.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain an up-to-date employee handbook.
- Act as the Safety Officer, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and programs.
- Participate in leadership meetings and provide updates to the Board of Directors.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with HR trends and practices.
Essential Qualifications:
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of four years of experience in Human Resources, including supervisory roles.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in managing diverse teams are essential. Knowledge of state and federal employment laws, effective communication practices, and principles of diversity and inclusion are critical.
Ability to work collaboratively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms is necessary.
Flexibility to adapt to changing organizational needs and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively are also required.
Work Environment:
This position may offer hybrid work options, allowing for a blend of remote and in-office responsibilities.
