Senior Manager Sterile Processing Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Sterile Processing to join our team at Providence Service. As a key member of our Surgical/Perioperative Services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Sterile Processing department, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the management of Sterile Processing staff, including training and staff development.
- Develop and implement operational budgets for the department.
- Collaborate with Senior Nursing Director to define and manage the strategic plan for Sterile Processing.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Healthcare-related field.
- 5 years of supervisory experience, including training and staff development.
- 5 years of budget management and analysis experience.
- 7 years of work experience in the field of Sterile Processing.
- National Certified Registered Central Service Technician - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (or equivalent).
