Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Sales and Marketing: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services to potential clients.
  • Customer Service: Coordinate with customers to provide excellent customer service, including greeting and directing customers, providing accurate information, and resolving issues.
  • Account Management: Manage existing customer relationships, including servicing and managing accounts, and increasing sales through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Create regular reports and analyses of sales and financial data to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
  • Language: Proficiency in Korean or Chinese.
  • Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office, remarkable sales experience in the food and beverage industry, and ability to regularly call on existing and potential customers.
  • Education: High school degree.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
