About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Natural Resources Attorney with a strong background in California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and/or land use matters. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in natural resource law, be barred in the state of California, and have expertise in coordinating with state and federal regulatory agencies. Additionally, the successful candidate will possess superior written and verbal communication skills and be able to work in a hybrid-remote work setting in Downtown Sacramento.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice on California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and/or land use matters
  • Coordinating with state and federal regulatory agencies
  • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve client goals
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives


Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to have:

  • 3+ years of experience in natural resource law
  • Expertise in California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and/or land use matters
  • Bar admission in the state of California
  • Experience coordinating with state and federal regulatory agencies
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid-remote work setting in Downtown Sacramento
